In one of my least favorite episodes of recent TV history, Durty got into an altercation involving his old bandmates from NOL's recent breakup which led to him allegedly pulling hair and shoving his friend's girlfriend (and frequent drinking customer), Heather Bischolbaum, into a shower on September 27 this past Sunday (read a blog post/podcast where my thoughts re this crazy episode in today's MTV:
