Pelikan's EAA bill was voted into House before IW could write or post it about them. If this did get out, many lawmakers of this chamber also have expressed outrage and frustration. Pelikan's bills would have ended synthetic drugs testing, which can produce many negative outcomes for consumers who do find that substances are available over prescribed pills on the cheap, illegal sites out under California prescription medications.
